Frequently Asked Questions

Do you allow cakes to be brought inside without reserving a party package?
We do allow any cakes to be brought into our facility even if  you have not  purchased a party package through us.  You must bring your own place settings.
Can we bring our own food/drinks?
We do not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought inside RollerWorld Northeast.

Can I walk on the floor to assist my child?
We do allow parents to walk on the floor( you must remove your shoes) to assist a child as long as we are not extremely crowded. You do have to be standing with your child and helping them, not walking on the floor in front of or behind them. Children who are not wearing skates are not allowed on the floor at any time.

Do you offer the trainers/walkers to help children skate?
Yes, we do offer the trainers that help your child balance so that you do not have to help them. They can be rented at the front ticket office or skate counter for $5.00.  You may have them the entire time you are here.  They are on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis, and they are not included in the party package.  We only have a limited number of skate mates, so we do  not guarantee that they will be available.

Do you have people there that can help my child skate?
We do offer  skating lessons every Saturday morning from 10:00am to 11:00am. We also have a couple of instructors who do private lessons however you will need to contact them at 817-485-8222 to set up a time that works best for both of you.

Do you offer any coupons/specials?
We currently do not have any coupons available.  However, we do have a cheap skate night on Wednesday nights from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm are only $3.00 for admission, and $3.00 for skate rental.  We also offer a Family Fun Pack on Saturday night and Sunday.  This pack includes 4 admissions, 4 skate rental, 4 hotdogs, and 4 drinks.  There are no substitutions.

Do you have a dress code?
Yes. Generally our dress code is “school appropriate” clothing, so if your child would not be allowed to wear it to school, we ask that you do not wear it . For example: shirts that do not cover your stomach, shorts that are too short, clothing with inappropriate/suggestive wording, etc.

Can I rent the rink for a Private Party?
Yes, we offer private parties when we are not open to the public. You may call and ask to speak to a manager for more information.

When do I need to reserve my party?
We can take a reservation as soon as you are ready to book it however  there is a $50 plus tax deposit that is non-refundable. Our public parties fill up about 10-14 days in advance.

Do you allow skaters to leave and come back (“In and Out Privileges”)?
No.  We do not allow skaters to leave our building and come back later.  Once a skater leaves our building, they are required to pay to come back in.  This gives parents “peace of mind” to know that their skaters can not leave and come back at closing so that parents think they have been here the whole time.
Is there a charge for anyone who is not skating?
We do not charge parents/adults  if they are not skating. All children have to pay admission whether they are skating or not.
